How long does it take for a package to arrive?

Standard delivery takes approximately 4-7 days.
Your fruit never sits idle once it’s picked, it’s always on the move. Next it’s put in climate controlled trucks, and shipped which can take up to 5 days. Last we release your gifts to the Canada Post office nearest the final destination. That’s why it absolutely arrives the freshest, best-tasting fruit available anywhere.

How do you ship your packages?

Our products are shipped in climate-controlled trucks to a distribution center near you. The package is then delivered right to your door by Canada Post. Years of experience have proven this is the best method for our products.

How secure is your online ordering?

Happy Tree Organics wants you to know that your online orders are secure. Our software ensures a secure environment for sensitive data. All orders are placed through a compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser, which scrambles private data such as credit card numbers while they are being transmitted. The SSL ensures that unintended parties cannot intercept private information.

Shipments within Canada

We ship to the following provinces only: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

For Christmas Delivery, your order must be in our hands by December 12th.
Normal delivery time is 5-7 days.
No shipping to PO Boxes.

U.S. Shipping Guidelines

For requested UPS ground delivery rates vary. Please contact customer care. This delivery option will not shorten standard delivery time.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available Monday through Wednesday only. Please call for rates. Rates are based on total weight and delivery zone, plus our standard handling charge.

Most orders placed by 10 a.m. can be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Please allow at least 4 business days prior to a holiday when requesting Express Shipping.

We do not ship to Europe.

Are your apple chips vegan, gluten-free, kosher, or non-gmo project verified?

What is the shelf life of your apple chips?

Our apple chips stay fresh in a sealed bag for up to one year. Feel free to stock up!

Are the apple seed particles safe?

You may have heard that apple seeds contain a cyanide compound. It is true. But please rest easy. The trace amounts found in one seed are not enough to pose any health risk. In fact, you find apple seeds in many different forms of apple products, such as apple juice and applesauce.

Do your products contain added sugar?

Our products contain only the sugar that’s naturally found in apples. 

Are your products safe for kids?

All of our chips are safe for kids who are eating solid foods and can handle a bit of crunch.

Are your products suitable for diabetics?

Every dietary program is different for every diabetic. We recommend checking with your physician or registered dietician before eating our snacks.

What kind of material makes up your packaging?

All of our products are packaged in airtight, foil bags. The foil material adds an extra strength and durability to lock in that satisfying taste and crunch!

Where are your products grow/produced?

Our apples are grown , dehydrated and packaged on our family farm in Cawston, BC.

How are the apple chips baked?

After being picked from our orchard, our apples are washed, sliced and then baked in special ovens that caramelize the natural sugars on the outside and bake in crunchy goodness on the inside.
